Required positions

Thermotechnical Designer & BIM Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
 Responsible for contract thermal and energy design. Manages the entire workflow: from site survey to dynamic modelling, up to the production of BIM MEP models and estimated metric calculations. Ensures regulatory compliance (Ex Law 10) and technical integrability of building-plant systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Energy Engineering: Static and dynamic energy modelling; drafting of Energy Diagnosis, APE and Technical Reports (Ex Law 10).
  • BIM & CAD Authoring: MEP mechanical modelling on Autodesk Revit; elaboration of single-line diagrams on AutoCAD.
  • Surveying & Field Work: Technical inspections for building and plant surveys preparatory to design.
  • Quantity Surveying: Drafting of analytical estimated metric calculations by Primus (ACCA).
  • Technical Coordination: Interference resolution (Clash Detection) and technical interface with Project Management and Site.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: at least 2 years in design offices or engineering companies on complex orders.
  • Hard Skills: Advanced mastery of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Primus and energy calculation software (Termus).
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of technical physics, thermodynamics and UNI/TS 11300 standards.
  • Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical or Civil/Edile). Professional qualification preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical rigour, decision-making autonomy and technical-economic result orientation.
